Wound Care
The skilled nurses at Divine Grace Home Care are trained to provide wound care treatments, whether simple or sophisticated. The nurse practitioner will perform wound evaluations with dressing changes and irrigation. It's in line with your physician's recommendations for wound management.
Intravenous (IV) Infusions
​A registered nurse (RN) who comes to your home will consider Intravenous (IV) infusions. The RN can help you or a loved one learn how to self-administer many IV infusion drugs. Intravenous immunoglobulins Subcutaneous effective antibiotics, biologics, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and hydration therapy. They comprise common IV medications.
Tracheostomy Management
​​The skilled nurses at Divine Grace Home Care will support you or a loved one with tracheostomy care. Daily cleaning and suctioning, along with specialist training in emergency tracheostomy care, will help minimize infections and prevent you or a loved one safe at all times.
Feeding Tube Management
Do you have a gastrostomy, jejunostomy, or nasogastric (NG) feeding tube? Our skilled nurses are highly skilled in not only the regular care of your feeding tube. However, we also administer many medicines, fluids, and extra nourishment through your feeding tube.
Home Ventilator Management
Divine Grace Home Care provides constant oversight while you or your loved one is on a ventilator. Our skilled nurses will manage ventilator alarms like high-pressure and low-pressure alarms. We will support you in handling all the kit that sometimes comes forth with home ventilator care. We will work with you, your doctor, and the firm that supplies your durable medical equipment (DME).​​
